This is a pretty impressive site, considering that it's basically free. Basic members can do just about everything. With a featured listing you get no pop-up ads, you can view more photos, and your ad comes before the basic listings.
When you create a profile, you choose either M or F, seeking M or F or BOTH! Yay, bisexual awareness! You say whether you're in the U.S., Canada, or other country, include your zip code, and how you heard about them.
Then you give them your and your preferred mate's sexual orientation, your b-day and an age range for your mate, the marital status of you and your mate (includes separated, married, and in relationship), the type of relationship you want and same for your mate, your race and that of your
mate, your height and range of height for mate, your weight, and weight range for mate (weight without height is kind of meaningless, though), your body type and your mate’s body type, smoking habits, drinking habits, religion – all you and mate (of course in the religion category I'm stuck with "other" again), number of children (nothing about where they live) and level of education. Whew! That's quite a lot of information.
Then there are the usual two essays: you and what you’re looking for in a partner. There is also a page of optional essays.
Who’s Online gives you a list of members; you can filter it by gender, sexual orientation, age range, country, and state. All the featured listings come first, then the standard listings. The list shows their username, sex, age, sexual orientation, location, action, and time online. no photo, though, unless you click, which is annoying. A blue letter P indicates that there’s a photo.
With a basic membership, you have to wait 75 seconds between emails. This helps them prevent spamming. If you buy a year’s membership on Adult Match Doctor.com, you get a free year of upgraded membership on Match Doctor! They take both credit cards and Paypal.
You can also see all the new users, either male or female, who signed up in the past 1-7 days.
There's even a free chatroom.
If you don’t adjust your email preferences, you will be automatically signed up for a bunch of automatic mails from the site.
